Hunsakers has been a fabulous experience, and now it is time to GROW into something new! The owner, the chef, and the location will remain the same.
We have just reimagined our concept of fine dining done well. Beginning October 9th we are moving forward to COLLETTE’S ~ Collaborative Collective Cuisine. We are collaborating with local farmers to bring you a farm to table fine dining experience like no other. To introduce our new concept, Chef Hunsaker has put together the most auspicious tasting menu to include no less than 6 courses, a craft cocktail and a glass of wine.
